Yes.
What do you need from me before the visit?
Location, property type, what you want to change, your timing and a rough budget.
Price & quotation
How is the price set?
After the visit we agree a design direction and budget band, then issue a fixed quotation with a clear scope.
Can the price change?
Only if you change the scope, and only after you approve the change in writing.
How long does the quotation take?
Within five working days of the site visit.
During the project
Who is my contact?
One project manager from site visit to handover.
How will I know progress?
Weekly updates with photos against the programme.
Do you handle approvals?
Yes, community, building, landlord and authority approvals your scope requires.
