Who gets the building NOC?
We do. We prepare drawings, contractor documents and insurance for the building management and manage the approval.
What about working hours in towers?
Most towers allow noisy works between 9am and 5pm on weekdays; we build the programme around your building’s rules.
Can you open the kitchen to the living room?
Often yes for non-structural walls, subject to building approval and gas/ventilation rules. We confirm at the site visit.
How long will I be out of the apartment?
A full renovation usually takes 6-10 weeks on site.
