Clinic fit-outs are approval-heavy: DHA layout approval, Dubai Municipality, Civil Defence, DEWA and landlord. Treatment rooms, sterilisation, medical gas, infection-control finishes and accessibility all have rules. We draw to those rules from the first sketch.
