- DHA-compliant layout, 3D design presentation and licensing drawings
- Mall management approvals, NOC and demolition permit through multiple rounds
- Civil Defence, DEWA and Dubai Municipality submissions
- Partitions, hygienic wall and floor finishes, medical-grade ceilings
- Full MEP: HVAC, plumbing, electrical and lighting
- Reception desk, cabinetry and illuminated wall cladding made in-house
- Site safety signage, weekly client reporting while the owner was abroad
