These terms govern the use of haustechs.ae. Project-specific terms are set out in each signed quotation and contract, which take precedence.

Quotations

Quotations are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise, are based on the scope described in them, and become binding when signed by both parties.

Content on this site is for general information. Project photos are of Haus Techs projects unless marked otherwise. Indicative cost ranges and the estimator are guidance only and do not form an offer.

Intellectual property

Designs, drawings and images produced by Haus Techs remain our property until paid for in full under the relevant contract.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai.
