- Design development with the interior designer and a design questionnaire for the family
- Nakheel NOC documents and building approvals
- Full strip-out and new layout for kitchen and wardrobes
- In-house joinery: kitchen, walk-in wardrobe, study and bedroom units
- New bathrooms with frameless glass and stone
- Flooring, ceilings, lighting and electrical throughout
- Staged payment schedule and weekly progress updates to the client
